Logikos assures the quality of our software products and services by applying our Quality Management System throughout the projects we manage. This comprehensive system begins before a proposal for services is even submitted to a customer and continues after the final products or services are delivered. The basis of the Logikos Quality Management System is a set of integrated processes that ensure quality at each stage of the project versus attempting to only “test” it into the final product at the back end of the project.

Logikos has begun formal appraisal of our software development practices against the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated for Development (SEI CMMI-Dev V1.2). Our intent is to confirm operation at staged Level 2. Confirming CMMI Level 2 practices will enhance our current Quality Management System with additional visibility into development practices and further assure predictability of our services and the value of resulting products.

Logikos’ quality processes draw (to varying degrees) from FDA and other industry quality standards such as:
