.NET Staff Engineer

Description:
The successful candidate will play a lead role in planning, designing, and developing features for a variety of desktop, Internet, and / or mobile applications. Tasking will vary by application, but will typically require participating in and / or providing technical leadership for a team performing some combination of the following:
Develop and decompose software requirements; solve software design problems; develop code and manual or automated unit and integration test procedures.
Tasking may also include maintaining a technical interface with existing and potential customers; documenting the customers' technical needs; and developing detailed technical solutions, estimates, and other project plans.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, 3 - 5 years in a leadership role, is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Experience using issue tracking and and version control systems is required.
Minimum of 5 years of desktop C# .NET development experience is required.
Desired Additional Skills: -
ASP .NET and / or .NET Compact Framework development experience is desired.

Medical device, aerospace, or other regulated software development experience is also desired.
