For Fort Wayne-based Logikos, projects are growing, employment numbers are climbing and, as of July 2004, the software and communications technology-development company is on track to attain more sales than in any year in its 26-year history. But like the graphic in its familiar logo, the software and communication technologies-development firm has had to navigate a 360-degree turn. "We’ve certainly made it through some tough times," comments Steve Klitzing, vice president of sales and marketing. "When I joined the company in July 2002, this place was struggling."
