Logikos Welcomes Gregg Weisman as Incoming President

Kimberly S. Schmidt announced today that she is resigning as President of Logikos to pursue other opportunities in the Indianapolis area. The Logikos Board of Directors has selected CFO Gregg Weisman to replace Kim as Logikos President. This transition will be complete May 17, 2004. Gregg began employment with Logikos as Chief Financial Officer March 15, 2004. Prior to this, Gregg had been President of Indiana Construction Corporation for 10 years. Gregg's role at Indiana Construction covered Strategic Planning, Customer Relations, and Management.
