Software Testing

Software testing is not an afterthought at Logikos. We treat testing as its own unique discipline, with dedicated test engineers who know their craft. The purpose of testing is two-fold: the primary goal is to find as many errors as possible; the secondary purpose is to ensure that the system meets the stated requirements.

Verification and Validation
Verification and Validation (V&V) is a software testing activity to enhance quality of the software being built. Verification asks this question, “Are we building the project right?” Validation asks, “Are we building the right product?” Both verification and validation are conducted systematically through out the software lifecycle.

Laboratory Testing
In our state-of-the-art lab, we endorse the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) mission and associated Software Test Certifications. Most of our test engineers hold the ITQB CTFL (Certified Tester Foundations Level) certification, the only internationally recognized software test certification.

Testing plays a dual role in the development of any custom software product: it enhances the quality of the product and identifies the risk management elements. Our qualified testers develop robust test methodologies that encompass all system requirements and functionality to ensure that the final product reaches the maximum product quality.
