A major pharmaceutical company was so impressed with the structured approach we applied to the Exploratory Test phase of a V&V effort and the effectiveness of the procedure that they asked (and received) permission from Logikos to incorporate this procedure into their own V&V processes and guidelines. This exchange later led to the adoption of additional Logikos V&V processes into the customer's own V&V guidelines.
A truck manufacturer wanted to build an automated test station to reduce the costs associated with verification. The client called upon Logikos to develop the test station infrastructure and automated test components. Logikos developed a data link component to communicate with multiple J1939 and J1708 networks. The test station and feature tests are configurable to test many different combinations of truck features in an automated fashion. Errors in the truck component software were found by the test station that had not been discovered by any of the client's other testing methods.
