- Project Management – Every principal customer at Logikos has a Customer Service Team that is responsible for ensuring and improving the value we provide. The team includes technical leadership, project management services, a team captain, customer representation to ensure ongoing communication with the client, and a member of the Logikos Board of Directors who oversees the outcome of the initiative. Our project management services include coordination with other vendors, planning and process definition, and change management.
